The first of four weddings this year was in Chicago on the Moskal (Chris's Dad's) side of the family. Chris's cousin Tiffany got married and we had a great weekend. We don't get to see this side of the family nearly enough, so we were so glad we were able to spend time with everyone. Some notable moments of the weekend were: a visit to downtown Chicago at Navy Pier, where it was so foggy we couldn't even see the skyline; Maddie found two buddies in her great Uncle Frank and cousin Livi; Maddie got to dance with Tiffany the bride and led the conga line; and we got to meet the other little ones of Chris's cousins Leonard and Heather.

The Ushers
I have never seen a more stunning mother-to-be!
The beautiful Volling ladies!
Had to include this funny attempt at a family picture. The girls were worn out from too much partying. We stayed at the reception til midnight!
Not everyone stayed awake until midnight however!
Our plane was delayed getting back on Sunday night, so we didn't get home until after 11 p.m. I woke Madeline up for school the next day and she was so tired, she crumbled in tears on the floor. I went to talk to Chris about letting her stay home and when I went back to her room, she was snoring. We kept her home and she slept until 11:40 a.m.! I guess she really needed to recover from all that FUN!
